A while back I wrote to you expressing my doubts about a newfangled AI buyer’s agent/spruiker/helper.
It remains my opinion that in order to locate the right property you need boots on the ground.
Not just historical sales data, forecast growth data and infrastructure planning info and algorithm, insert tech buzz word here and call me out of touch.
Anyway, that poor dude I wrote about (client of ours with pre-approval in hand) has been on the merry-go-round for 18-months, missed critical growth and is about $14k lighter with nothing to show for it.
Will you please be careful of spruikers? They come in all shapes and sizes (hey, I could be one!) and most of the time you don’t know you’re heading into the BS vortex until the “helper/spuiker” has filled their pockets with money from yours.
